Division for Office of the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court of Malaysia
Management Division
Responsible for the administration and management of human resources and services.
Policy and Legislation Division
Provides legal advice and drafting of policies and regulations as per directives issued by the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court of Malaysia.
e-Court Division
Mengendalikan pelaksanaan Sistem e-Kehakiman dan pengurusan perubahan.
Information Technology Division
Responsible to manage the application of the Information Technology for the Chief Registrar’s Office of Federal Court Malaysia.
Mediation Division
Mediation Division, Federal Court of Malaysia was established on 1st June 2016. This Division is under the supervision of the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court of Malaysia.
Strategic Development and Training Division
Comprises of 4 units led by a Division Director. This Division is directly placed under supervision of the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court Malaysia.
Contract Coordination Division
Contract Coordination Division is led by a Division Director
Corporate Communication Division
This division is led by a director under the supervision of the Chief Registrar's Office.
Research Unit
Research Unit, led by a Unit Chief was established on 29 July 2013.
Integrity Unit
Established pursuant to the government’s decision to establish Integrity Unit as a focal point to manage issues in relation to integrity in all government department
Commissioner for Oaths Unit
Manages the affairs of Commissioner of Oaths throughout Malaysia efficiently, effectively and regulate matters to ensure the effectiveness of Commissioner for Oaths in carrying out their duties.
Practicing Certificates Unit
Responsible to manage Practicing Certificates of Legal Practitioners and Foreign Interpreters’ Service.
